Peek: "The Longest Ride"

Here is your first look at the film adaptation of author Nicholas Sparks' latest novel "The Longest Ride".


The tome follows two couples - an elderly man (Alan Alda) who recounts his younger years with the love of his life, and a love affair between a college senior (Britt Robertson) and a young cowboy (Scott Eastwood) at a bull-riding event. The two couples, who have little in common, find their lives converging.

Jack Huston will play the young Ira in the tale's flashbacks  Oona Chaplin Glee's Melissa Benoist and Lolita Davidovich also star.

Craig Bolotin ("Black Rain," "Straight Talk") Brad Desch, Scott Neustadter and Michael Weber wrote the adapted screenplay for helmer  George Tillman Jr..

 Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey ("The Twilight Saga") produced the film with Sparks, Theresa Park and Robert Teitel

 The adaptation is due to hit theaters on April 10th, 2015.
