In the pic, Regina Hall and Morris Chestnut play a professional couple who are unable to conceive their own child and consequently decide to hire a young blue collar woman (Sinclair) as a surrogate. The surrogate develops a psychotic fixation on the husband which becomes violent and deadly before the baby is even born.
