Wayne Manor is not the only thimg getting a "fresh coat of paint" in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises ---The Batcave is as well says Wales Online
A few weeks ago Nolan spent two days filming around the Henrhyd Waterfall in the Neath Valley, Brecon Beacons, Wales. The waterfall is being used as the entrance to the Batcave in the sequel and there are claims it will be a part of the opening sequence of the film.
But the insider also mistakes it for being the "discovery of the Batcave" which we saw in “Batman Begins". The waterfall entrance seen there was part of the Batcave set built at Shepperton Studios along with miniatures. The new Batcave is being built on Sound Stage 30 on Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios lot in California.
