Greg Russo wrote the script that centers on the best high-speed police pursuit drivers in the country coming together as a unit to stop a high-end underground racing circuit determined to have deadly point-to-point races through major American Cities.
'Valor' co-director Scott Waugh will direct the film and produce with Max Leitman and Jay Pollak.
Production will likely start next year after filming wraps on the Arnold Schwarzenegger actioner "Black Sands" which has Waugh's attention at the moment.
