Guillermo del Toro has added yet two more films to his crowded plate...
First he is set to co-produce the Mexican CG animated feature "Day of the Dead" says Heat Vision.
The film is described as a Romeo and Juliet-style love story set against the back drop of the Mexican holiday Day of the Dead.
Jorge R. Gutierrez will call action from a script he wrote with Doug Langdale.
Aaron Berger and Carina Schulze of Chatrone will also produce.
The film is aiming for a Fall 2014 release.
Earlier this month del Toro became attached to direct Emma Watson in yet another screen telling of "Beauty and the Beast" according to Heat Vision.
Bridget Jones and The Three Musketeers scribe is writing this new take on Beauty and the Beast which was originally an adaptation of the Robin McKinley novel Beauty: A Retelling of the Story of Beauty and the Beast but has since gone in another direction.
Denise Di Novi Alison Greenspan, and del Toro will produce that pic.
Del Toro is currently shooting "Pacific Rim" in Toronto. The alien invasion pic stars Charlie Day, Idris Elba, Rinko Kikuchi, Ron Perlman and Charlie Hunnam, and will be in theaters on May 10, 2013.
