Transformers 4 Will Have A Whole New Cast?

Will the as yet Untitled Transformers Sequel feature a totally new cast?  Two reports suggest the same thing - none of the humans seen in the earlier Transformers pics will be back.

While chatting with E! Online, actor Josh Duhamel says "I don’t think anybody’s doing it. I know Shia [LaBoeuf]‘s not doing it. I don’t think Tyrese or Rosie [Huntington-Whiteley] or anybody else is doing it."

The site Bad Ass Digest says the next pic will in fact be a true sequel and follow the events of "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" but the point of view for the audience is shifting from Sam Witwicky to the Transformers themselves.

It's "unclear which - if any - human characters will be back". Their source adds the tone will be darker and more action oriented with less of director Michael Bay's trademark attempts at humor-"Michael realized it needs to be more like the last hour [of Dark of the Moon]."

I hope someone from the previous films shows up at--I find it hard to imagine that every humun we've met in the series will be off fighting somewhere else

The next Transformers is set for release on June 29th 2014
