Shankman Poised To Take On "This Is Where I Leave You"

Adam Shankman is in early talks to direct and produce the family drama "This Is Where I Leave You" says Variety.

Based on Jonathan Tropper's novel, the story centers on a father who dies and requests that his highly dysfunctional and non-religious family sit Shiva for seven days.

Shankman would replace Greg Berlanti who was originally attached to call action.

Jennifer Gibgot, Paula Weinstein and Jeff Levine are also producing
