Speaking about the opening weekend box office success of Man Of Steel, Warner Bros president of domestic distribution Dan Fellman tells The Wall Street Journal:
"It's more than just a franchise for us, it really opens up the door to do combinations of the DC Comics characters. We can build them up like Marvel did and benefit from the history of DC."
The article also states that, according to "knowledgeable people close to the studio, a sequel to Man on Steel" is expected to be fast tracked and ready for release as early as 2014.
The piece also says that the "Justice League" team-up film could be in theaters as soon as 2015.
What are they smoking in that pipe....dream? I find that hard to believe given the track record with JL
