The story follows a Russian mobster, an LAPD detective and an assassin trying to hunt down an AWOL Marine who knows too much.
Christian Sesma is set to direct from an original screenplay by Cecil Chambers who will also produce the film.
Production will begin in the first quarter of 2014.
