Peyton Reed Poised To Chart "5th Beatle"

Peyton Reed ("The Break-Up," "Bring It On") will direct "The Fifth Beatle," a film adaptation of author Vivek J. Tiwary's graphic novel of the same name says Deadline.

The project is described as a human story chronicling the life of The Beatles iconic manager Brian Epstein.

Tiwary is writing the adapted script for the film.

This marks the first feature about The Beatles to obtain the rights to use their original songs.

Bruce Cohen and Tiwary are producing the movie

Casting is now underway, with production eyed to begin next year.
