Richard Grieco and Brad Pitt are both set to make appearances in the film, but in what context is bring kept quiet for now.Greico is expected to reprise the role of Detective Dennis Booker. Pitt will likely play Peter, a guest character he played in the season two episode titled Best Years of Your Life from 1988.
The duo follow in the footsteps of 21 Jump Street TV series cast members Johnny Depp, Holly Robinson and Peter DeLuise.who played their characters of Tom Hanson, Judy Hoffs and Doug Penhall from the show in the first film.

Wyatt Russell – son of Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn plays a frat brother who befriends Tatum but comes under suspicion of criminal activity. Ice Cube is set to reprise his role as Captain Dickson. Amber Stevens, who starred on TV's “Greek,” is set to play Hill’s love interest in the film. Craig Roberts will play a character named Spencer.
