Taken 3 Nabs Forest Whitaker

Forest Whitaker is in talks to join the action sequel Taken 3 says Deadline.

Liam Neeson is reportedly closing a near $20 million deal to return as Bryan Mills, the retired CIA agent who likes to beat up bad guys.

Maggie Grace will return to play Mills' daughter. No word yet whether Famke Janssen will be back as Mills' wife.

"Taken 2" helmer Olivier Megaton will return to direct while Luc Besson and Robert Mark Kamen are back working on the script.

Beeson will produce the film.

Production could begin as early as March.

The first "Taken" had good reviews and took in $226 million worldwide from a $25 million budget. Taken 2 despite having poor reviews, still made an impressive $376 million from its $45 million budget.
