Keegan Allen Set For Franco's "Sound And Fury"

The Hollywood Reporter says that Pretty Little Liars co-star Keegan Allen has joined the cast of James Franco’s film adaptation of author William Faulkner's 1929 classic novel "The Sound and the Fury".

The story follows a group of Southern aristocrats who fall on hard times early in the 20th century.

Franco will direct and star in the film from an adapted script he co-wrote with Matt Rager. The pair wrote Franco's recent adaptation of Faulkner's "As I Lay Dying" which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival last year.

Allen is playing a showman who runs away with the family’s young niece, Miss Quentin (Joey King).

Jon Hamm, Tim Blake Nelson, Seth Rogen, Danny McBride, Loretta Devine and Janet Gretzky also star.
