The film adapts author Paul Tough's article-The story follows two lobsterman who go fishing forty miles off the coast of Montauk. While one is sleeping, the other falls into the water, and spends the next twelve hours fighting for his life with only rubber boots keeping his head above water.
The project is still in the early stages and has no writer is yet and with the pair's schedules it a long way off before such a project could come to fruition.
