Brothers Matt Eddy and Billy Eddy wrote the screenplay that sees a desperate con man, out on the latest of many paroles, recruiting a crew of amateur criminals to rip off the Kentucky Derby.
Sounds a bit like Ocean's Eleven--swapping casinos for the track...
