Kate DiCamillo's upcoming children's novel "The Magician's Elephant" is being adapted for the silver screen says Variety.The story surrounds a fortune teller who tells an orphan boy that an elephant will lead him to his long-lost sister.
Martin Hynes ("The Go-Getter") pens the script.
DiCamillo novel's "The Tale of Despereaux and "Because of Winn-Dixie" have also been adapted.
