The story centers on the rise and fall of a fresh-faced actress who goes from small-town Michigan co-ed to Hollywood star overnight.
"It's easy to forget that we work in a very unique and entertaining industry, and there's a great deal of fun to be had in holding up a mirror to ourselves -- especially if it's a fun house mirror," Heppe told the trade.
