Ghost Of A Chance

David S. Goyer is in early talks to create a story and supervise Ghost Rider 2, says Variety.

Plans are for Goyer to use a Ghost Rider script he himself wrote years ago. There is also no word on whether Goyer would direct.

Nicolas Cage is expected to return again as cursed hero Johnny Blaze--with former Marvel Studios' head Avi Arad producing.

The first Ghost Rider film, released 2 years ago, was written and directed by Mark Steven Johnson.

I know Goyer helped craft the Blade trilogy, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight--giving him a very solid track record in the genre--I know the film made some coin and all but do we really need a sequel? I think not...
