3 guys are talking comic book films...
1-Edgar Wright tells the folks over @ CHUD that despite the Disney/Marvel merger deal he is still attached to the Ant-Man film project and is indeed working on a second draft with Joe Cornish.
Once Scott Pilgrim vs. the World goes into full post-production he'll be giving it more attention.
He adds that his take is "very much live action" so don't expect Pixar's involvement in the pic.
2-Fantastic Four and 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer co-star Chris Evans tells Superhero Hype he's all for the idea of the 'Four' reset:
"I think it's great. I'm sure it'll be a great movie... If they can go make a good dark edgy 'Fantastic Four,' right on."
Asked if he would return to play Johnny Storm, he says it would depend on the director
"if 'Fantastic Four' got rebooted and Christopher Nolan was going to direct it and said do you want to play Johnny Storm again, I'd be in those blue f*cking tights."
3-Talking with Access Hollywood actor Bruce Campbell says that's he's set to appear in "Spider-Man 4"
He says that according to the filmmakers he’s scored a major part, much bigger than his cameos in all three previous pics, but he didn’t yet know anything about his character.
Doesn't know or just can't or won't say?...
Also Kirsten Dunst is officially coming back as Mary Jane Watson and the sequel will get a same day release in IMAX on May 5th 2011.
Shooting kicks off in January.
