Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann reprise their characters from "Knocked Up" in this spin off which Apatow wrote and will direct.

Sambora will make her acting debut in a cameo role as the best friend of Maude Apatow, who plays one of Rudd and Mann's two daughters.
Barry Mendel and Clayton Townsend will produce the pic with Apatow for a June 1st, 2012 release date.
