Celebrating the best in both film and TV-nominations for the 2009 Golden Globe Awards have been announced including both surprises and notable omissions.
On the film side of things:
"Frost/Nixon," "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button " and "Doubt" led the film pack with five nominations each. Closely followed by "Revolutionary Road", "Slumdog Millionaire", "The Reader", "The Dark Knight" and "Vicky Cristina Barcelona"-with 4 each. While "In Bruges " and "The Wrestler" got 3 noms each.
The most notable snub was "Milk" the critical darling got just one nomination for Sean Penn's performance. "The Changeling" and "Gran Torino" landing just one nomination each..
