Producer Brian Grazer tells MTV News that he and Ron Howard's adaptation of Stephen King's "The Dark Tower" will still be using the 2 season strategy to tell part of the massive tale but they already have a network to run it.
"We're going to do with HBO. We'll do the TV with HBO, and we'll do the movie with... to be determined. We'll do it right" he says.
I already get the cable Net
He also "remains confident" that the previously attached Javier Bardem will stay around to play gunslinger Roland Deschain.
Grazer spoke more about the major budget cuts on the project and insists it hasn't compromised the project at all- "We're going to do that movie. We've lost $45 million out of the budget. When people say no to you enough, then you have to lose money, which we've done without harming the scope of the film."
