Louis Leterrier’s (Clash of the Titans remake) directs the film that centers on a FBI unit locked in a game of cat and mouse against a super-team of the world's greatest illusionists, who pull off a series of bank heists during their performances.
Franco plays one of the illusionists.
Mark Ruffalo plays the FBI task force leader, Amanda Seyfried was eyed for the role of Henley, a tech whiz who builds contraptions to aid in the illusion of the heists. but a deal could not be made so Isla Fisher stepped in Jesse Eisenberg Morgan Freeman and Mélanie Laurent also star
Boaz Yakin and Edward Ricourt penned the script.
Star Trek and Transformers writers Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman are set to produce.
