Rachel Nichols is in talks to join the film adaptation of author Stephen King's short story "The Ten O'Clock People" says Heat Vision.
The story centers on a man (Justin Long) who, when attempting to kick his smoking habit, has his eyes opened to a frightening reality in which many people in authority are monsters.
Nichols also plays a woman who can also see this horrible reality.

The tale was first published in the 1993 as part of the anthology "Nightmares And Dreamscapes". Five stories from the collection made up a basic cable anthology mini-series of the same name in 2006.
Nathaniel Kramer and E.J. Meyers are producing the film.
Production begins in September in New York City.
