Menhaj Huda Charts "Soul Survivor"

Menhaj Huda ("Kidulthood," "Comedown") is set to direct the indie thriller "Soul Survivor" says Variety.

Mark Sonoda wrote the script which centers on the police investigation into the only survivor of a mass murder. A possibility soon emerges that the victims might be linked to the suspicious suicide of a New York socialite seven years earlier.

Huda, Sonoda and Lynn Mooney will produce the film

Production to kick off in October.
