Several producers of Twisted Pictures' Saw film series and the the horror/thriller division of RKO Pictures aptly titled-Roseblood, are teaming for remakes or four horror classics from the 30's and 40's reports Variety.Andy Fickman is set to direct at least one of the films which include:
Five Came Back (1939)- with the future first lady of TV Lucille Ball.
I Walked with a Zombie (1943):
Bedlam (1946):
The Body Snatcher (1945):-teaming the great director Robert Wise, and genre masters Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi
With lightweight fare like She's the Man, The Game Plan, and next year's Race to Witch Mountain under his belt--Flickman seems an odd mach for the project--But OK with fingers crossed.
