The latest issue of EW celebrates the May 21st 30th anniversary of the theatrical release of The Empire Strikes Back
Lucasfilm and Del Rey Books are releasing a new book in October 12th titled The Making of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back that goes behind the scenes of the epic sequel in exhaustive detail.
In an exclusive first look, the article features several rare and never-before-seen photos and quotes from the cast and crew on the Empire set, as well as an original script page (with revisions and notes from director Irvin Kershner), and early sketches of key new characters Yoda and Boba Fett. It’s a visual feast sure to be gobbled up by any Star Wars fan.
Empire is without question the BEST Star Wars film ever made....I have plans to commemorate the event next month myself...Gotta go pre-order that book!
