Couples Mixer

Adrien Brody and Sharon Stone are set to replace Sam Rockwell and Kim Cattrall on the '70s set religious comedy "Sweet Baby Jesus" reports The Playlist.

Brody and British singer Pixie Lott play an expecting hippie couple who arrive in Bethlehem, Maryland to visit the woman's mother (Stone). There they reveal the pregnancy is not via the boyfriend and the townspeople are convinced they're about to witness the Second Coming of Christ

Bette Midler is still attached to play the owner of a guesthouse that is puts the couple up. Sean Brosnan has also been cast.

Steve Blair wrote the script from which Peter Hewitt calls action when filming kicks off in September in Maryland and Ireland..
