Andy Tennant ("The Bounty Hunter," "Fool's Gold") has been set to helm the Katherine Heigl rom-com "Adaline" says The Hollywood Reporter. At the start of the 20th century, the story follows a young woman caught in an accident that renders her immortal. After years of a solitary life, she meets a man whom might be worth taking a chance on.
The pic went by the name "The Age of Adaline when it was first announced back in May.
Mills Goodloe and Sal Paskowitz wrote the script
Steve Golin, Alix Madigan, Sidney Kimmel, Tom Rosenberg and Gary Lucchesi will produce.
Shooting kicks off early next year.
