Based on Phillip Campbell's memoir “Zioncheck for President", the story follows a recently sacked journo (Biggs) who reluctantly agrees to help his friend, a former pedicab driver (Moore), spearhead the Seattle City Council campaign for a monorail.

Filming kicked off in late June in Seattle.
