The story follows a small time crook who is framed and sent to jail, only to go after those who put him there after he is released.
Chad St. John’s screenplay is unique in that it only has but one line of dialogue and made it on to Hollywood’s Black List back in 2009, the list of the year’s best unproduced scripts
Chris Evans has been offered the lead and has the edge...But Joel Edgerton and Jeremy Renner are also in the running too for producer Joel Silver
The pic is not to be confused with "Broken City", another Black List script which Albert's brother Allen Hughes is directing with recently signed star Mark Wahlberg.
Production could begin as early as January 2012
