Andrew Mogel and Jarrad Paul are currently writing the script which is set on the 'unofficial holiday' of the night before Halloween - a night associated with acts of petty vandalism.That changed in Detroit throughout the 1970s and 1980s when the violence escalated into serious vandalism and arson - reaching the point of 800 fires being lit in 1984.
The film will follow two guys who became best friends and later bitter rivals on the night. 15 years after they first came together, they must reunite to save their neighborhood from utter destruction.from utter destruction.
