Captain America: The Winter Soldier star Chris Evans will star in, produce, and make his directorial debut here.

McG, Mark Kassen, Howard and Karen Baldwin, Bill Immerman, McG and Mary Viola will produce.
Production hopes to begin this Fall.
Once Evans is done with post on the film he will go into work on "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" for writer/director Joss Whedon.
