The project is an adaptation of Joshua Davis,' Wired magazine article about Mike Merrill who offered himself on the stock market. Problems arose when shareholders demanded control over life decisions like whether to have a vasectomy or even whether he should move in with his longtime girlfriend. Majority shareholders began to exert input in his future attempts at a romantic merger.
"Transparent" scribes Micah Fitzerman-Blue & Noah Harpster are penning the adapted script
Batman and Jim Garavente will produce the film.
