The story centers on a real estate reporter (Lowndes) who unearths an urban legend about a house being built from rooms where horrific tragedies have occurred. The investigation ultimately leads to the enigmatic Jebediah Crone.
Lin Shaye also stars
Darren Lynn Bousman’s directing from a script by David Schow, Teddy Tenenbaum and Christopher Monfette.
Jesse Berger is producing the film.
Production is underway in New Orleans.
Bousman previously worked with Lowndes and Callie on The Devil's Carnival.
