2 future superhero blockbusters of Summer '08 have already found a place to land on TV-once their first runs are completed.
Variety has details of what's turning out to be a pretty sweet deal for one basic cable net and a production company.
Marvel Studios has engineered its first major TV deal since going independent in 2005, preselling the cable rights to "Iron Man" and "The Incredible Hulk" to FX along with three more superhero movies still to be determined.
Following the sight unseen lead of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull-"Hulk" and "Iron Man" are sure to mean solid ratings and revenue for the Net...And 3 three more flicks to be figured out later . Hmmm. Are Punisher: War Zone and maybe the next Spider-Man, as well as say Fantastic Four 3 in F/X's future?
