Fresh from last week's release of his post apocalyptic actioner Doomsday Neil Marshall has signed on to direct "Drive" according to Variety.
An adaptation of the James Sallis novel of the same name. The story centers on a Hollywood stunt driver who moonlights as a getaway car driver during several heists. The stuntman's existence gets jolted when he discovers that a contract has been put out on his life.
Hugh Jackman (pictured) is circling the lead role right now--But he has a pretty full plate--It's all in the scheduling. The studio would like production to begin this summer
Hossein Amini is adapting the film's script.
Marshall's as busy as Jackman, having recently made a deal to write and direct the Old West-set horror drama "Sacrilege."
