Kyle Chandler (TV's Friday Night Lights) and Elle Fanning (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) have joined the cast of the JJ.J. Abrams‘ top-secret science fiction collaboration with Steven Spielberg Super 8. says NY Mag.
The plot, reportedly concerns three siblings who discover Super 8 film footage of an alien.
Production is expected to start before the end of September in Weirton, West Virginia.for a Summer 2011 release.
