Strange Behavior

Relativity Media is finally moving forward on its long-delayed so Bryan Bertino's low-budget horror flick "The Strangers" reports Bloody Disgusting.

The original pic starred Scott Speedman and Liv Tyler  as a young couple terrorized by three masked assailants who break into the remote summer home in which they are staying and cut off all means of escape.

Made for just $9 million, the film had a number of release delays before getting its theatrical release in May 2008 where it went on to gross $82 million worldwide.

In the sequel, the three mysterious figures stalk a family of four that is forced to live in an abandoned trailer after being evicted from their home due to the bad economy.

Laurent Briet will direct The Strangers Part 2 from Bertino's script

An April start date is eyed although,is not yet for sure.

The sequel has been around for almost two years and could just never get going.

Liked the first one a lot
