TDKR: Batman & Bane Duke It Out!!!!!

More footage has surfaced from the set of Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises via station WPXI for its Pittsburgh shoot.

This time Batman (Christian Bale) and Bane (Tom Hardy) come to blows in broad daylight! Yeah Yeah YEAH!!!!

Local resident and extra Erin Giambelluca tells the Forest Hills-Regent Square Patch that it was hot outside and extras drank tons of water to stay cool in their winter-weather costumes.

"Right after the football scene ended, they did one explosion," she says. "It looked like pieces of grass all over the field to make it look like it was blown up while the players were on it, and we had to wear ear plugs for that. We had to rehearse and make sure we weren't smiling during that part."



Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Josh Pence,Alon Aboutboul and Nestor Carbonell also star along with return of the trilogy's ensemble cast such as Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine

Matthew ModineTom Conti 11-year-old actress Joey King Daniel Sunjata, Diego Klattenhoff Christopher Judge and Burn Gorman take on secondary roles

Nolan calls action on the DKR from a screenplay he wrote with bro Jonathan Nolan, from a story by Nolan and David S. Goyer.

Shooting is due to continue apace in and around the city through August.

The sequel is set to hit theaters on July 20th, 2012
