Based on author Hans Ostrom's novel Three to Get Ready in which McGowan will play Scarlett Harding, "who gets a job as sheriff in her hometown of Napa after returning from three military tours of Afghanistan."
The pic marks the directorial debut of producer/writer Michael Kerr, who will also produce with Nellie Nugiel and Ellen Wander
Sounds similar to the action thriller "The Last Stand" starring Arnold Schwarzenegger...But hey Rose can kick butt too and will no doubt look better doing it.
