Bill Collage and Adam Cooper penned the script with Steve Zaillian recently hired to perform a re-write that has those involved pretty jazzed.
Scott is reportedly looking to get this moving as soon as he completes "The Counselor".
This isn't to be confused with another biblical epic "Gods and Kings" which is likely to be helmed by Ang Lee--taking over for Steven Spielberg who left the pic last week.
