**The studio has acquired the rights to Jon Lucas and Scott Moore's comedy spec script “Change Up” says Variety.

It's a body-switching comedy that involves two grown men- a responsible guy with a wife gets swapped with his best friend, a lazy man child.

Lucas and Moore have had a busy summer '09 in theaters writing both “The Hangover” and “Ghost of Girlfriends Past.”

David Dobkin of Wedding Crashers fame is due to call action.

*They have also got "The Best Thing About Pam Rooney" that is set to star Jonah Hill says Variety.

Hill will produce the high-concept romantic comedy though story details are being kept mum for now..

Funny People co-producers Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O'Brien are writing the script and will serve as executive producers on the Pam pic.
