The story centers around a team of scientists who shrink themselves into a tiny ship which is injected into the bloodstream of a sick colleague. Together they must find out what is wrong with him to save his life.
Laeta Kalogridis and Shane Salerno wrote the screenplay.
James Cameron is producing the remake
Deadline asserts the film will be entirely computer generated once the scientists enter the body.
