"Reno911!" cohorts and screenwriters Thomas Lennon and Robert Ben Garant will make their directorial debut and will and also have supporting roles in the film.
The story follows a young expectant couple who moves in to New Orleans' most haunted fixer-upper and calls upon The Vatican's elite exorcism team (Lennon and Garant) to save them from a demonic baby.
Sean McKittrick, Jeff Culotta, Ted Hamm, Peter Principato and Paul Young will produce.
Production kicks off in New Orleans this April.
