*Sam Raimi is not a thing thing to to helm the prequel Oz: The Great and Powerful telling Collider over the weekend:

"I’m not really committed to ‘Oz’. We’re gonna wait and see how that all goes… It’s something i’d like to work on."


Raimi also confirmed that as of late he and Robert Rodat have been working on the treatment for the Warcraft film adaptation.

*Meantime just four days before filming was due to begin on Wes Craven's Scream 4 actress Lake Bell has dropped out of the pic

Saying via her Twitter account, the reason for the departure is due to scheduling conflicts.

Bell was set to play a police officer who knew Sidney (Neve Campbel) from her high school days.
