Nicolas Winding Refn ("Bronson," "Valhalla Rising") will direct the thriller "I Walk with the Dead" reports The Playlist.
Refn was tight lipped when asked about the plot of the pic, but did talk about the tone - "I've always wanted to make a movie with lots of sex. So I wrote this story called, 'I Walk With The Dead' and it takes place in Miami and its just going to have a lot of sex in it."
All--Righty Then...!
Refn says both Walk and his Thai-set Western "Only God Forgives are being funded by French investors, with the latter's funds "just sitting there waiting for him". As a result he's likely to make these two in his own time and shift them around his schedule depending upon the demands of other projects.
'Forgives' was already pushed back from a shoot this Summer so that Refn could take the reigns of the crime-noir "Drive" with Ryan Gosling which kicks off filming this Fall.
He also remains attached to direct an Untitled Heist Project as well
