The story revolves around a thirty-something Boston man (Mark Wahlberg) whose childhood teddy bear came to life and is now a cursing, smoking, delinquent that prevents the man from maturing.
Warburton will play Guy, a sexually confused Rent-A-Car co-worker of Wahlberg's character.
Mila Kunis, Giovanni Ribisi and Joel McHale also star.
MacFarlane directs, and co-wrote the film with his Family Guy staffers Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild.
