Live Free, Twi-Hard

Responding to those leaked Images from The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1/The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2  author Stephenie Meyer, director Bill Condon, and producer Wyck Godfrey  have issued a statement asking Twihards not to share them online:

"As some of you may know, pictures and screen grabs of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn as a work in progress have leaked on the internet. We are extremely proud of this film and also extremely heartbroken to see it out there at this stage. The film and these images are not yet ready or in their proper context. They were illegally obtained and their early dissemination is deeply upsetting to the actors, the filmmakers and Summit who are working so hard to bring these movies to fruition to you in November 2011 and November 2012 .Please, for those who are posting, stop. And please, though the temptation is high, don't view or pass on these images. Wait for the film in its beautiful, finished entirety to thrill you."

Said shots included what looked like screen captures from the film's steamy sex scene between Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella's vamp trasformation.

It seems Rob isn't very happy about the situation either telling MTV

"It's just ridiculous. I literally can't believe that it happened. I want the 'Twilight' troops to mobilize, all the good fans, and find out who these little sh--s are and just hack into their computers and destroy them,",

"I'm being genuinely serious, 'Twilight' fans ... Punish them"  Adding for good measure  "Find out who hacked into my e-mail address, too, and destroy them! It's raw footage: It's not even what people are going to see."

"Why do this maliciously? You're not a fan. You're just a di--," he said.

"I'd understand it more if they sold the stuff," he says "But, it's like, 'Oh, you just want to be annoying?'"

I can understand why the team is upset here...But in the age of the Net stuff like this is bound to happen--especially on BIG movies like this. Still I love how the 1st statement uses the phrase these images are not yet ready or in their proper context

The context seems obvious to me folks...

Meantimee Meyer spoke about the franchise. to USA Today about where she thinks the cutoff point will be between the two parts of 'Dawn':

"When Bella opens her eyes as a vampire. That's the way it's been shot. They can still do it any other way, but I think that's the general idea. You kind of have to get there in the first film. That way you have all the time in the world to explore being a vampire and those exhilarating first moments."

Meyer also says she's looking into writing a new "Twilight" spin-off series that will focus on Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) and his relationship with Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy) - the daughter of Bella and Edward The new would then be made into films as well.

I'm sure the cast loves hearing that kinda talk as the leads try to put the saga behind them
