The film is based on true evrnts and from a spec by Rick Phillips Jr.and Chong Kim, It centers on a young Korean-American girl who is abducted and forced into prostitution by domestic human traffickers. Throughout the two years she is held, she ensures her own survival by carving out power and influence within the very organization that has imprisoned her.
The action will be directed by Megan Griffiths (“The Off Hours)
Jacob Mosler and Colin Harper Plank will produce the film
Production will take place in Seattle and eastern Washington in August.»
